We get it – it can be hard to keep up with all of the features and updates in M365! Here are some highlights that we are excited about this month.
Collaboration through Microsoft Loop
There is a new “Notes” option in the Teams Meeting Command Bar.
These collaborative notes are Loop components, which stay in sync across all of the places they have been shared, like Outlook Teams chat, the Loop app Word for the web, and Whiteboard. Everyone in the meeting can contribute to and access these notes, and they can be reviewed in the “Meeting Recap” or accessed via the Loop app.
Search results now include chat
When you search in Teams, the results will now include chat messages!
Filter the results to show messages only by selecting “Messages” beneath the search bar. Then refine further by selecting “Chat” or “Channel”.
