Located in the Greater Seattle Area, this biotech company specializes in developing and producing therapies for the treatment of cancer. With a rich pipeline spanning from research through clinical development, they have made significant contributions to healthcare.

The Oncology department desired to use Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and streamline aspects of operations for project management. They approached Pico Logic for assistance in navigating the implementation of this new technology. They wanted to identify ways they could use Copilot right now, and lay out a roadmap as Copilot functionality continues to evolve.

Oncology's goals were:

  • Improve collaboration and communication between groups at the company
  • Automate routine project management tasks
  • Enhance employee training and development
  • Use Copilot to help identify patterns and insights
  • Ultimately reduce the time and cost of bringing new drugs to market

Oncology was restricted by:

  • Time constraints related to budgets for consulting
  • Data security and protection concerns
  • Evolving requirements for rolling out AI at the company level

Creating a Copilot Study for Oncology

Pico Logic created a plan to test Copilot’s ability to save time and maximize efficiency for project managers.
